The rustic icehouse/guesthouse filled with the homeowners memorabilia revives a Texas nostalgia and provides a private space for guests.
We designed the icehouse/guesthouse as part of the Ranch Home – Comal County project in the Ranch, Lake, & Country portfolio.
The main room in the structure is an icehouse that showcases the owner’s unique collection of Texas Memorabilia.
We also included a private guest suite and a comfortable porch overlooking the pool.
