About the Project

We designed this Farmhouse Style homestead to match the personalities of this husband and wife client for their ranch in San Marcos.

She dreamed of a simple, light-filled white farmhouse that would fit-in and complement their beautiful land. For her, the house is all about family, comfort, and connection to the natural setting. 

We placed his barn adjacent and perpendicular to the house to create a welcoming front court.
