About the Project

Our client envisioned a multi-building compound of main house, guest house, garage, and outdoor patio/kitchen/fireplace for their 8-acre property on Canyon Lake.

They asked our help in master planning it to have the feel of a vacation, Texas Hill Country, lake-side place and not just another house in a neighborhood.

We designed the master plan and all the structures, and completed Construction Drawings for the guest house. They built the guest house first, and plan to build the other structures per the master plan in the future.
