Karen works to blend the simplicity and character of historical architecture with contemporary living

As a Project Manager at Dibello Architects, Karen guides her clients through a seamless process from inception to final walk-through.  She is proactive in learning what is important to the client to make the project a success.

Karen works to blend the simplicity and character of historical architecture with contemporary living. She believes that exceptional architecture cultivates space to live every day with ease and delight.  

Karen is a licensed Architect in Texas specializing in custom single family residential design. Recognition for her work includes Fine Homebuilding Magazine’s “Best Traditional House” award in 2016 for a renovation and addition to an Arts & Crafts Bungalow.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, where she was a scholarship swimmer.  She also completed graduate courses in sculpture at the San Francisco Art Institute.

She is an enthusiastic member of the American Institute of Architects and enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling the world.
